We provide three main email packages to give your business a professional look and feel.

If these packages aren't suitable we have a team of programmers available to create custom solutions unique to your business needs.

Email Forwarding

Our servers can forward any emails sent to your company address to your current email account. Our server acts as a middle man, cloaking your email address to ensure a professional image, for example:

sender -- you@yourcompany.com --> FormaServe -- you@freeemail.com --> you

This solution is popular due to it requiring almost no setup and requires no changes to your current method of working.

Price: £2 per month for blocks of 3 addresses, 1 month cancellation notice required.

Web Mail

Our second package stores your emails on our servers, and this is then viewed via a web interface. When you wish to check your emails you use your username and password to access our system and respond to your emails.

This has the benefit of being accessible from anywhere in the world with an internet connection, the same details will allow you to respond to emails at a clients office, from home and from abroad.

Price: £2 per month, 1 month cancellation notice required

In-House Solutions

If you have an internal email server we can also point your whole domain (e.g. company.co.uk) to an IP Address of your choice allowing you to host your own email solution.

Price: £2 per month (requires domain to be registered with FormaServe Systems), 1 month cancellation notice required.
