Support Maintenance Charges

The FormaServe Software Support Services Contract provides users with high-quality support that enables them to get the most out of their FormaServe products and software.

Subscribers to the FormaServe Software Support Services have access to the private customer support section of our web site.

This section contains detailed information of current and past product releases and provides headnotice on upcoming releases.

It also provides access to a wealth of application notes, technical papers, tips & tricks and frequently asked questions on products and applications.

Current support rates for 24/7 cover are:

  • £1,750 per three months
  • £2,750 per six months
  • £5,400 per year

Current support rates for working hours cover (09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) are:

  • £1,000 per three months
  • £1,750 per six months
  • £3,300 per year

If you do not wish to take out a Support contract, our expertise and efficiency can also be obtained on a per-incident time-based charge.

While this does not allow for forward budgeting, it does provide the option of costs only being incurred when absolutely nessasary.

Per Incident Telephone Support Rates are charged at £100 per hour.
